Ms. Dover has over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience within the in-vitro Diagnostics (IVD), Medical Device and Biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to co-founding Discovery Life Sciences in 2004, Ms. Dover served in a variety of increasing senior management roles, positions and responsibilities in early and development stage research products businesses to include Clinical Controls Int’l, Hemagen, BioClinical Partners and IMPATH Predictive Oncology. Ms. Dover has extensive experience building profound research relationships and commercialization partnerships with Medical Institutions and Biopharmaceutical industry clients in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

Mr. Raia has over 30 years of executive management experience and recognized leadership in the Life Sciences industry. Prior to co-founding Discovery Life Sciences in 2004, Mr. Raia was a Founder, the President and CEO of BioClinical Partners - developing a proprietary, best in class commercial Biobank (GeneBank™) supporting the discovery of novel biomarker targets for the biopharmaceutical industry. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President of Business Development at IMPATH Predictive Oncology implementing commercial development strategies - and a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Boston Biomedica, a manufacturer of infectious disease assay controls and reference reagents for the Blood Banking Industry. Mr. Raia currently lives in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

Steve has been an integral part and a critical influence on the operational development of Discovery Life Sciences since inception by continuously advancing process and system improvements to the functional capabilities of our dynamic clinical research organization. Steve has been responsible for driving our web based product and inventory management solutions and delivering Magellan - our proprietary web based, e-commerce product platform for clinical research specimens into the marketplace.
